Monday marked the first official day of fall—woot! And while we’ve been figuring out how to adjust our skincare routines with the adjusting temps, we’ve also been patiently waiting for autumn to arrive so that we can indulge in some of our favorite fall looks. Fall brings feels of warm hues and simple muted tones for everyday wear, while also deep, bold colors for when you want to up the drama. 

We called on W3LL PEOPLE co-founder and cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Reneé Snyder, to model our glowing fall look and decided to make her gorgeous eyes the focal point. Taking cues from fall foliage and that flushed glow that comes from sitting near a cozy fire, here are the makeup essentials we use to get our W3LL Spice look:

Step One: For the base, sweep the color “Bone” all over the eye. Step Two: Smudge the color “Chile” to create a bolder, more bronzed sheen where the lashes meet the eyelid. Putting such a deep hue near the eyes really makes them pop!

Step Three: Next, apply “Adobe” along the crease of the eyelid and move downwards to meet with Chile at the lash line. This soft taupe blends the other two shades together nicely for a more natural look. Step Four: Use the shade “Saddle” to tie the different shade gradients all together. Where our previous colors “Chile” and “Adobe” meet, lightly press “Saddle” across the lid and blend together until there are no defining lines of color. Want some extra sparkle for a special occasion? Pat “Luminaria” onto the brow bone and blend down.

Step Three: Next, apply “Adobe” along the crease of the eyelid and move downwards to meet with Chile at the lash line. This soft taupe blends the other two shades together nicely for a more natural look.

Step Four: Use the shade “Saddle” to tie the different shade gradients all together. Where our previous colors “Chile” and “Adobe” meet, lightly press “Saddle” across the lid and blend together until there are no defining lines of color.

Want some extra sparkle for a special occasion? Pat “Luminaria” onto the brow bone and blend down.

Step Five: If you want a more amplified eye, apply one of our Hypnotist Eye Pencils halfway across the lower lash line and the upper lash line. Then using the W3LL PEOPLE Angled Eye Brush, blend the liner into the eye lid for a more smudged and lived-in look. We used the color brown because...fall! Step Six: More than other seasons, fall is a time to get dramatic with eyes! We love to play into this with BIG, thick lashes using our brand new Expressionist Volumizing Mascara, which gives major length and color to lashes without clumping.
