HOW TO APPLY:

  • Apply our Elitist Eyeshadow Powders using W3LL PEOPLE's premium, professional-grade Basic Eye Contour Brush.
  • Gently sweep and blend into place for contouring and highlighting.
  • May be applied dry or wet.
