Hannah Day
Hannah Day is our wonderfully talented Creative Director. She originally hails from Louisiana and has lived in many cities across the U.S. but now calls New Mexico home. As WP’s creative director, she most enjoys the mission behind W3ll People: Taking something that is already so fun and joyful (makeup!), and making it even better by removing the baggage of toxicity and waste. When she’s not brainstorming all of our creative campaigns, you can find Hannah parenting her two sweet girls, drinking natural wine with her husband, mountain biking, skiing, and dreaming about travel and food.

Our mascaras baby! Love em all. And together.
What is your latest obsession?
Szechuan food! And Natural Wine.
Where’s your dream place to travel and why?
I am dying to spend more time in Asia: China, Korea, Singapore, Japan. Food, duh. And religion and culture. I have a BA in Comparative Religion and have always been fascinated with how we have manifested culture on this planet.
How do you personally define “Self-Care”?
Being gentle to one’s self and taking time to be alone and chill as needed
Adrian Toto
Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, Adrian Toto brings his talents to the team as our inimitable Operations Manager. As the Operations Manager, it’s his job to touch on all aspects of W3ll People and to know what’s going on across every department–– a responsibility he finds extra satisfying as a self-professed “Need to Know Everything” Leo. To put it simply, he’s our guy taking care of business every day. In his free time, you can most likely find Adrian taking care of his newborn son, playing guitar, scheming up new art installations, and hunting at estate sales.
If your life was a movie title, what would it be?
What the Hell Just Happened? (Life is surprising and hard and wonderful.)
What is your latest obsession?
60’s-70’s dub reggae. I don’t even like reggae but dub is the jam.
What is your absolute favorite meal?

Do you have a pet? Tell us about him/her?
Her name’s Judy, she’s a 12 year old rescue dog we’ve had for the last year and a half. She’s sweet and feisty and the best protector/nurse/sister to my son.
Renee Snyder
Renee is one of our original three W3ll PEOPLE founders, and has served as our expert medical director for over 11 years! She was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, but has called Austin home for many years. Aside from getting to work with a team she loves, her favorite thing about W3ll People is getting to work directly with all of the ingredients we use in our makeup products. When she’s not lending her medical expertise to our team, Renee practices medical and cosmetic dermatology in Austin, a role she loves because she gets to help make improvements and positive changes in her patients’ lives every day.
You’re hosting a dinner party at home. Who are the three dream guests you would invite to your dinner? Why?
Madonna or Madame X as she is known right now. She is so talented and influential. Prince is definitely #2, he was such a musical genius! My last guest would be Estée Lauder, one of the most influential business women geniuses of the 20th century.
What’s your favorite time of the day? Why?
Sunrise. The city always seems so peaceful, the rays of light, the quietness, the chance to begin and change, or start something new. I love working out in the morning and watching the sunrise outside.
Who is your best friend and why?
Besides my husband? My fellow W3ll People founders, James and Shirley! I love our journey together, it’s been so fun and rewarding. I love just sitting around a coffee table with them; the jokes just roll on and on. We all share an obsession with Madonna and we try and see her shows together whenever we can!
Do you have a pet? Tell us about him/her?
Yes! I have an English Bulldog, his name is El Macho. Our children named him from one of the “Minion" movies, but he is quite the looker :)
Karla Hernandez
Originally from Zacatecas, Mexico, Karla is our always-hustling Operations Assistant Manager who helps keep the W3ll People wheels turning everyday. Karla gets to work across multiple departments at W3ll People, but finds the most reward in making sure that all of our customers are happy and satisfied. In her free time, Karla enjoys watching her daughter play soccer (a sport everyone in her family is obsessed with) and spending the evenings cooking and relaxing with her husband and children.
You’re hosting a dinner party at home. Who are the three dream guests you would invite to your dinner? Why?
I would love to invite Frida Kahlo to dinner. Her life has always inspired me to fight for what you believe in and to never give up. My next guest would be Kate Del Castillo. She’s an incredible Mexican actress who also has a heart for charities involving children, health, and animals. Finally, I’d invite Lionel Messi to dinner. He’s my favorite soccer player (and the best one of all time, by the way).

Mandy Tran
Mandy is our amazing Customer Service Coordinator. She was born in Chicago, raised in Houston, and now lives in Austin, TX, where our W3ll PEOPLE Studio is located. By far, Mandy’s favorite thing about W3ll People is its mission to bring better, cleaner beauty to everybody. She loves that her colleagues are genuinely good people, and feels so lucky to work with clientele that are kind and care about being good to themselves. When she’s not in the office overseeing customer service, Mandy likes to spend her time hanging out with her three little dogs and boyfriend. She also has a passion for self-growth and improvement and likes to research and read books about personal development.
What is your latest obsession? Can be anything! Music, movies, food, a new hobby, a book you're enjoying, a brand, etc.
I love learning and am always learning something new. Right now I’m learning how to make wire wrap jewelry — it’s such a fun, creative outlet! I want to get to a point where I can make gifts for people and not worry about it falling apart later on. :)
Where’s your dream place to travel and why?
I have many! Right now I really want to see Thailand. I think the culture, food, and overall experience would be so different from what I’m used to now!
How do you personally define “Self-Care”?
